Player Profile: Davon Ferguson

Davon has had nothing short of an interesting college career. The 5-10 defensive back from Baltimore, graduated from St. Vincent Pallotti and started his career at Hartnell Community college in 2016. Now he is looking to lead Bowling Green to its first MAC championship since 2015. Davon is coming off of a promising junior season that was cut short due to injuries. Now fully healthy, he looks to return to the level of play that gained him attraction from NFL scouts.

Davon is very versatile and has the ability to play anywhere in the secondary. He credits studying Budda Baker and Tyran Mathieu for his versatility and high IQ play. Davon is a part of a Bowling Green team that is returning lots of talent on both sides of the ball. The falcons kick off their season on September 2nd against the Liberty Flames. Their MAC opener is scheduled for week 4 against Ohio University.
